This home was a rental property for the seller, but he was ready to sell and Cash Out. The home was in great condition and could easily be sold as is, but with the right updates this home could be the Gem of the neighborhood and demand top dollar. Updated homes in the Area were easily selling in the $545,000-$575,000 price range. We took this home down and started the rehab. Check out the before pictures.

What do you think of the completed project. Once the rehab was complete we put this home on the MLS for a List Price of $554,997 and is now under contract. We closed on the home the end of July and was on the Market For Sale the beginning of October and under Contract in November.
