This property was presented to us from another Wholesaler and we decided to take it down ourselves. We updated the property, got new tenants in place and increased rents to the current market. We were able to sell this property to an Investor as a Turn-Key Rental with leases and tenants already in place. We did all the hard work and they benefited with a fully leased Cash Flowing Tri-Plex.
